I was born and raised in West Pittston, PA, a small town near Scranton, where my family still resides today.  After graduating from Wyoming Area H.S., I attended King’s College, in Wilkes-Barre, PA, where I received a BA degree.                    

I have lived here in the Lehigh Valley area for nearly 20years.  My familiarity with the area and knowledge will be an asset to you in the buying process.  I have a firm commitment to by clients to get them the home of their dreams on my 10++ plan. 

In the fall of 2005, I completed my Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a designation held by only 1% of REALTORS® in North America.  This designation is recognized by both the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).   Adding to my training and knowledge, in the fall of 2006 I earned both national designations Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), held by only the top 4% of realtors in North America.

Additionally, for sellers, part of my 10++ plan includes advise on staging your home.  I earned an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation to help set your home apart from all the rest.  A staged home will statistically sell faster and for more money! 

This fall, I will be working towards achieving another designation concentrating on our senior population.
